Faith | Transfer of Wealth & Restoration

At this point we know there are two kingdoms of this world, the Light Kingdom and the dark kingdom. (Yep I put them in lower case for a reason.) Clearly there is more to this story but today we will focus on the transfer of wealth from one kingdom to the other and the restoration of that KINGDOM. Proverbs 13:22 KJV tells us, A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children, But the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous. What exactly does this mean? Let us break it down! First we must address the who and what of each kingdom. We'll start with the dark kingdom since it is lower.

The Dark Kingdom

Satan is the king and his pawns are the princes of the dark kingdom. This is a perverse nation. Not only are they a house divided which we know cannot stand, their entire purpose is to steal, kill and destroy Yahweh's inheritance, you and I, and this world. To fulfill this assignment, they must deceive the children of God and cause us to fall into idolatry to which there is no end to what they will do to be effective. Seeing that idolatry leads to destruction and they themselves cannot curse what Yahweh has blessed, they can however, get us to self-sabotage the blessings of God and curse ourselves. The story of Balak and Balam in the Bible is a great example of this. If you've not had a chance to read it, I definitely recommend doing so. You can find the full story in Numbers 22-25. I keep repeating the term idolatry because that is their weapon of choice and here's why. In Exodus 20:3-5, God's first commandment is that we should have no other God before Him. We are to love Him with all our heart and soul.

"Thou shalt have no other gods before me."

To commit idolatry is to do the exact opposite. It's to put anything and everything above God whether that be a job, our family, children, money, comfort, food, and the list goes on. Really anything can lead us into idolatry. Even respect of persons is idolatrous. When you treat someone better simply because of their title, status or rank, you are committing idolatry. God's second commandment is that we love one another as we love ourselves, meaning to treat everyone the same and the way you would like to be treated.

"And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself"

Luke 10 : 27

With that said, the dark kingdom's work is to create a system of status, rank and the love of money, and lure us into it. But remember I said a kingdom divided cannot stand. The thing is, they don't always agree because they themselves are seeking more power within their kingdom. What I mean is, they are not faithful even to their own kind. It's self-service over everything! This is one facet of their demise & to God be the glory for that!

To keep this from being a lengthy post, I'll be turning this into a series over the next few weeks. Reason is, it's so important we understand not only the works of the enemy so we know how to identify him as to not be deceived by his trickery, but also so we know the war is already won, and his kingdom won't stand. Moreover, the riches of the wicked are stored up for the just. Next post we'll breakdown the children of the light kingdom aka the just.
