Wellness & Immunity Support | Is it Better to be proactive rather than reactive?

coughing mucus, what each color means. immunity

It hurts my ego when I say I am sick. I pride myself on being the healthiest person I know. This just proves you can be healthy and still get sick. Why? Because we're human but sometimes we like to convince ourselves that we are perfect and untouchable. That is until we get sick. So here we are today, reminiscing on times when I felt better. I'd be lying if I didn't share, I haven't been disciplined with my supplements. And why is this important right now? Well, because it is better to be proactive than reactive. When I am committed to taking my daily supplements, (if) I get sick, it doesn't last long. It's been a little over a week now and I am not happy about that. Theraflu was great as a response agent, but I have to admit, I could have done better. What's worse is I have the supplements! It's one thing when you don't have what you need, it's another when you just flat out ignore the fact that you have it and still don't use it. Like do you want to be well? Okay, okay, rant over.

immunity support, herbalife supplements

We know this is the season where common colds, flu and God forbid respiratory infections take so many of us out. I know I am not the only one who knows it is better to be proactive than reactive. More importantly when you know better, you should do better. So here's my recommendation for immunity. Don't wait until you're sick to give your body what it needs. When I use what I know, I drink immunity tea with Vitamin C along with taking schizandra plus and rose guard (which are in pill form by the way). (Everything you need to know about these products is listed in the photo.) Even if you're not using Herbalife products, find herbal supplements with these ingredients and take them all year long. If you've made a new year resolution, include this practice in it. Immunity support is important. Your body will thank you, not just in the winter time but year round. And remember, if you're without a herbalife distributor and coach, I am your girl!
