Drinks Up But Which One?! Kombucha Vs Liquor (Alcohol)

Up until yesterday, I'd never had kombucha, I'd only heard of it and its benefits. The honest truth is I wanted to try it seeing it is a probiotic (I'm in the wellness business) but I was a bit hesitant because of its alcohol contents. The past 5 years have really been about purity for me in all ways. When I made the decision to stop smoking marijuana two years ago, alcohol was subconsciously added to that list. Another factor that came into play was the timing of it all. I'd just moved to Los Angeles. God was telling me I needed to increase my awareness and both of those things would definitely hinder that. Fast forward to yesterday. I'd already decided these two would be a part of my healthy drink versus series. I felt I'd be giving an inauthentic review if I didn't try kombucha for myself.

kombucha versus alcohol

Clearly, kombucha is NOT liquor but it is a fermented tea which produces its alcohol context. I wouldn't say you can get drunk off of kombucha. I had 3/4 of the bottle without feeling even the least bit tipsy. Since I'm comparing that aspect, I'd obviously say if your goal is to be under the influence, kombucha wouldn't be your choice (I'm not suggesting you should be under the influence either lol). Check out my candid reaction here, https://youtu.be/Yd6OZB7if1w . If you'd like to try it for yourself, this brand and flavor was very strong. One of my community members recommended trying Central Market or Ollipop brands. So now it's your turn, kombucha vs alcohol! Which one? Try it and tell me your thoughts!
