Healthy Eats | Impossible Spinach Wraps

I have to keep it 100 here, when I first heard of impossible burger meat, I cringed. Today my thoughts are different. I had my first impossible burger back in 2020 at Sunshines Cafe here in Houston's Sunnyside. It was delicious okay! Let me also add, I believe this kind of meat is great for transitioning not for long term consumption considering it is a processed meat. Keeping with this months wellness Wednesday theme, we're talking healthy ways to consume protein. Today's recipe feature is an all time favorite, the Impossible Southern Style Spinach Wrap. Let's get into it!
Spinach Wrap To Go Please!
Ingredients :

1 frozen pack your choice quinoa mix ( I prefer Simple Truth Organic Southwestern Style Quinoa, includes red quinoa, sweet corn, black beans + chili citrus sauce)
1 Impossible burger patty
1 Mission herb spinach wrap
Preparation : Place your frozen veggie quinoa pack in the microwave per instructions on the back of the freeze bag. While steam bag cooks, cook your impossible patty on medium heat for 2 minutes each side until brown. Once the patty is complete, take a spinach wrap and place over the hot pan to warm the wrap while the steam bag cools. You can also warm the wrap on a hot pan or griddle. Now to plate! On top of the spinach herb wrap, break the patty in pieces and add the contents of your steam bag on top. Simple and tasty!
This meal is perfect for meal prepping. One steam pack can make up to 3-4 wraps.
